Maximum number of items out is 10. If not on hold, items may be renewed for up to 3 weeks. The patron is responsible for lost or damaged items.
The patron will be responsible for $30.00 replacement fee for each item that is lost or damaged. Holds may be put on the Butler student account for overdue books.

Library materials may be placed in the drop box inside the library, at the circulation desk, or in the north parking lot outside.

OVERDUE, LOST, or DAMAGED LIBRARY MATERIALS:
The patron is responsible for lost or damaged items. The patron will be responsible for the price of the book, plus a $10.00 processing fee for each item. Magazines have a $5.00 processing fee added to the price. Holds may be put on the student’s grade for overdue books.
Per AFI 34-262, military members and their families, military retirees and their family members, Department of Defense (DoD) civilians (both APF and NAF) and their family members, and DoD contractor personnel working on the instillation may use the base library.
Per AFI 34-270 1.5.1, Non-Department of Defense (DoD) personnel enrolled in an Air Force or DoD sponsored education program may use Library Services when required by a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and when showing proof of current enrollment.
