This guide includes fixes for common issues when attempting to use Butler Libraries online resources.

Chrome Information

Chrome Keyboard Shortcut

Windows:   Ctrl + Shift + Del

Mac:   apple command key symbol + Shift + Del

 

Ctrl = Control key

Shift = Shift key

Del = Delete key

apple command key symbol = Apple Command Key

Chrome Alternative Method

  1. Click the three vertical dots menu button in the upper-right corner of the browser.
  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu
  3. Select Advanced at the bottom of the page.
  4. Select Clear browsing data
  5. Be sure to check the box next to Cached images and files and to choose All time from the time range option at the top.
  6. Choose clear data.
