Summer 2025: Summer Reading Bucket List

Butler staff, students, and faculty can join the Library Reading Challenge anytime from June 2nd until July 31. Complete 3 big self-assigned reading goals to get candy or trinkets by the end of summer.

Directions:

  1. Grab a Reading Challenge sheet from the AND or ELD Library front desk (or print your own by downloading the file below).

  2. Assign yourself 3 big reading or educational goals that you want to accomplish this summer.

  3. List your goals on the spaces on the bucket. You can fill more than one bucket.

  4. Write down what you did to complete your goal and the date you completed them.

  5. Bring your completed bucket back to the AND or ELD Library to grab from our candy prize bowl.

  6.  Repeat with as many challenges as you can accomplish by the end of July!

Remember: You must complete a full bucket (3 challenges) before you can grab from the prize bowl.
