cloudLibrary lets you borrow e-Books and Audiobooks from Butler Libraries using your computer, phone, or e-reader. All you need is your Butler ID to get started! If you have any questions, reach out to your Librarians at either campus.

Please note:

  • If the default password does not work, try the one you made for the Library Catalog. If you do not remember what this password is, please contact either Library and we can reset the password for you by request.
  • Once you login for the first time, you will be prompted to change the default password. This does not have to be the same password as your Butler email.
  • cloudLibrary is not supported on Kindle Paperwhites or the Kindle e-ink devices. It is supported on Amazon Fire tablet readers.
  • You can now borrow up to 5 items at a time, so get reading!
