What if the electronic resources aren't working for me?

I can't get into the Databases 

Try the following:

  1. If you have tried to log in and failed more than 3 times, your account will be locked. The only way to get into the databases will require you to reset your password. Click here to Reset your Butler password or call the Help Desk at 316-322-3306 and ask them to reset it for you.
  2. Check our electronic resources troubleshooting guide. There are lots of tips, tricks, and scenarios for some of the most common issues. 

I can't get into CloudLibrary

Try the following:

  1. Try the default log in info below:
    • Library ID: Butler ID # including the @ symbol or Z
    • Pin/Password: USERPASS
  2. If that isn't working, try contacting the Library to get your password reset.
  3. Check our electronic resources troubleshooting guide. There are lots of tips, tricks, and scenarios for some of the most common issues.
